Maintenance is not fully completed yet so give it till 23 mins to the next hour soo you can fully be mad :p

Nope 9am PDT server maintenance will be fully concluded

Sadly background maintenance is on-going until 9 AM PDT.

As why they keep enabling login while they are performing maintenance, and then having ton of issues - no idea.
