New zone bugged? (spoiler free)

I did all 7 missions of story but I still cant explore the paleheart at all? theres only the teleport option to the old tower but I cant access or explore the new area at all? Im not sure wahts going on

You need to do a side quest that appears in the old tower zone once you complete the campaign.
After you complete it, the whole pale heart will be unlocked with multiple teleport locations.

You jump down to the first part of the patrol area from the Lost City landing zone, like you did in the campaign.
There is a way to unlock more landing zones.

Yeah its the only one available at that point i think.
You just need to do the first part to unlock the other locations.
