Frag Grenade ready buff while not using Forerunner

Just playing some missions in The Pale Heart, ill randomly get the fragmentation grenade as if i had forerunner equipped. Has anyone else experienced this or know what would be giving it? Im using the Speakers Helm exotic but does not state it does that

Check Traveller's Blessings node next to the Pathfinder. It's above the Blooming landing zone.
