Played without spending anything higher than $40.
D2 is a grinding game, seasonal content are optional, store is silly spend money once it gets free to get for common resources. And expansions are needed but not all of them.
AAA games = games made with microtransactions. ... with very few exceptions.
welcome to modern gaming.
at least Bungie is not working on Destiny2 mobileRPG or something
$
In some ways you right, I felt ripped off when I ran the lightfall campaign on normal for my alts and did each run in like 3 hours.
but how do you measure "value" if you spend $100 and only do the legend campaign and exotic missions thats probably $10 an hour...cheaper than a movie or a pub
if you add the seasonal grind, dungeon, raid, and upcoming exotic missions your price point per hour decreases the more you play. for the hardcore it could end up being as cheap as .25c an hour by the end of the year
if you want "value" stop buying games and invest in something
