Final Shape final shaped my god rolls!?

So with new prismatic subclass necessitating use of light and dark damage types I reached in my DIM for my godroll machine gun only to discover that it is not so godroll anymore. Basycally any weapon that DIM shows and I distinctly remember having a choice of 2 to 3 perks in any column now have only one except in barrel and magazine and those are not even the same ones!

Who else have this problem and is there any word from bungie?

Multi perk guns yelded plum battle eye error so they propably turn them off or it got even more bugged.
