Is Shadowkeep and Beyond Light vendors and bounties free now?

I've noticed Legacy Alcolyte heirloom key still remain in my quest log and when I visited Moon's vendor, bounties were still free to obtain. Destination strikes and Nightmare hunts are also free to access but raids and dungeons were restricted back and locked behind Shadowkeep key access.

Am I safe to proceed or can I be banned for doing bounties? I've played all three expansions and Season of Witch, Season of Wish, Season of Deep and Season of Defiance that were given for free 30 days period.

I only have Forsaken paid access. Also Stasis subclass remain active when I've thought it would be a temp. provided but still remain active.

Witch Queen vendor and bounties were set back to be locked behind the expansion key access.

Is this all a sort of delay with server maintenance? Or Beyond Light and Shadowkeep part of destination activity are now free to be accessed?

Shadowkeep and Beyond Light campaigns have become free for everyone, forever. Apparently stasis and bounties are now free too.

Wordefull, such a great thing. Too bad for Stasis tho. But that is just a matter of learning and taste. As for Titan, Stasis melee attacks are so off scale.
