Legacy Collection (2023) no longer accessible

I claimed the Legacy Collection (2023) on EGS before the May free access and loaded that account through Cross Save to play on the Steam client, now it's not listed as owned in Cross Save.

it was for only a limited time it wasn't permanent they do that when a new dlc drops

Please read carefully: I had access to the Legacy Collection (2023) before the May event.

If you get it on one platform, the ownership doesn't carry over. All the content you claimed has to be played on the EGS.

I posted in the OP: I used Cross Save to access the EGS account, set that up as the active one.
Now Cross Save is not listing Legacy Collection (2023) content as owned for the EGS account.

Progression is saved across platforms, as is silver purchases or season passes. Expansion content such as campaigns and content packs is not carried over though.

I understand it's not carried over, my issue is that Cross Save no longer lists Legacy Collection (2023) content as owned for the EGS account.

DLC is platform specific, Steam and Epic Launcher are considered different platforms

Yeah, EGS and Steam are separate stores and thus you need to re-download from EGS. However your guardian and anything purchased in the Destiny Store including seasonal passes and dungeon keys WILL carry over.
