There are some VERY subtle changes as time goes by, typically affecting the HELM location. Examples would be: the corruption from the Crown of Sorrow (Season of the Haunted) started spreading outside its containment zone, and seasonal collectables like Nezarec's Relics (Season of Plunder) and starcats (Season of the Wish) get displayed there too.
