Will This Happen All the Time?
I'm doing some missions that requires me to go somewhere that it isn't showing on the map, I need to look on YouTube where is the place I need to go in order to do the mission... I'm in Shadow something (Moon), and I'm doing three missions after completing the main part of the Moon. Will this happen all the time? Like, next planet the missions will send me to a place that isn't showing in the map?

Saddly the Moon, Dreaming city, EDZ, Nessus are the old and remain destinations and deeper unique scenarios are not named in the map region which have been displayed on Europa, Savathür's world and etc.

And yes you will have to rely on youtube video guides to complete these missions. I've had to do the same thing weeks ago.

If you're having trouble, track the quest itself, usually it'll provide waypoints for you to follow

Go to your quest tab, find the mission and track it, you should then get waypoints to guide you..

No, it doesn't.
The first reply already told, old quests didn't receive retro-treatment to be like the new ones, so we are stuck with bad design from early development.

Yet, somehow, back in 2019, I figured it out without youtube. Maybe it wasn't the best design, but I wasn't crippled by it, I did it.

If the game gave enough clues I could try to put the pieces together, it would be fun, I like to do stuff like that, but the game DOESN'T give you clues, which results in just roaming around aimlessly looking for it... Do you know what this is call? Wasting time.

I rather simply go to YouTube and check that out instead of wasting my time xD

Really, how did I do it then, could it be the places are named in the quest line? You say you like to figure it out, but then say it's a waste of time? I did it as a 71-year-old fart, so it can be done.

Isn't about the name, I know the name, but I don't know WHERE they are. You should pay more attention to the thread. I know the name of the item I need to recover, I know the name of the place, but I don't know WHERE is the place is located because it doesn't show on the map, so we need to roam around, check thing by thing until you find out the right place.

BUT, there's another issue, inside those places there's no indicative of WHERE INSIDE the dungeons are the thing, so we keep exploring, exploring, wasting time, killing stupid useless enemies, until one day, who knows, you find the thing before getting bored. That's why I checked YouTube, so I don't waste time.

OK, so what you're saying is, I am a god tier gamer, because I didn't have that issue. The way you exaggerate makes it hard to take you as sincere.

?

Dude, when the servers return, go to the Moon and do the quests that you need to collect: Captive Cord (Lunar Battlegrounds), Horned Wreath (Chamber of Night), Necromantic Strand (Hall of Wisdom) and another thing that I don't remember the name. You'll see there's no indications where are the locations you need to go. By the way, I'm not trying to get you on my side, the developers fixed this issue on newer planets, showing even they thought this was an issue, they just didn't retroactively brought that to the older planets.

One more thing, there are missions that you need to go to K1 locations, which every single one has a secret entrance, which I found by looking after it instead of YouTube because you can see the place on the map where the K1 location is. The entrance is around that area, and I managed to find all of them without YouTube.

There's no sides here, there's no take me as sincere or no, it is what it is, these early planets suck because they don't track where the missions are and there's no indications around it, this is a fact, pure and simple. You agreeing or not won't change this fact.
