Can We Purchase or Craft Weapon Here?

I'm talking to the weapon guy and he only gives me rewards and missions... How do we purchase or craft weapons?

There's a second page to Banshee's vendor screen. This has weapons for sale and the like. What he sells rotates in and out daily.

Weapon crafting is handled at the Enclave, which is located in the Throne World map screen. Though you need to complete the intro quests for Witch Queen to access this area. Thankfully, intro quests are always free to play without purchasing the DLC.
