On kill with other weapons.
So you kill enemies with your primary or special and it refills ammo up to double capacity (if i'm not mistake) to your other weapons with Envious (in your case - the GL).

one per kill, resets at map change, so its so so. what are 2nd and 3rd tier gods for edge and so on?

Cascade Point and B&S sounds pretty good.
Auto loading and B&S if you dont want to bother with reloading manually.

You can get Deconstruction which loads ammo into the mag while hitting enemies with edge transit as per your comment.

I have a Envious and Deconstruct.
Unloading all you heavies in one go without reloading is pretty fun.

Envious is great if you have a multi kill weapon. pretty much can load up to 12 shots on a GL and just dump specially with deconstruction like Kopejka point out.

Envious is getting a nerf i believe coming up in TFS though. so i went with a roll with Spike grenades Auto-loading and Full court.
