If you bought expansion + annual pass you will not have to pay for next 3 season pass.

What do you mean by premium pass exactly?
The only passes are the Episode passes, and all three of them come with this Annual Pass edition.
Those will give you access to the Episode storylines and the items from the paid part of the reward track that will run alongside the episodes.

Yes. Well. If you wanted the upgraded event cards for the four yearly events (Guardian Games, Solstice, Festival of the Lost, The Dawning) then those require an Eververse purchases. But they are simply bundles of cosmetics so yeah you could just completely ignore them if you don't want the cosmetic items.
