cant start the season of the witch

there is no starting mission in HELM, the portal is broken so I have no idea what to do :X
does anyone know the solution?

Intro Quest is called "toil and trouble" double check your quest log to see if it's there

If you've already done the intro mission THEN you go to the helm and complete the quest "way of the witch"

assuming of course you own season of the witch season pass (to access the seasonal storyline)

I triple-checked that and there is like nothing linked with this season :c
I bought annual pass with lightfall so I should have it
previous two seasons worked fine and i think i'll just watch season of the witch on youtube, because there's no solution for this problem on any forums

having the same problem on my GF account only the final mission pops up but not the rest of the seasonal missions

And you've checked all your mission logs? even the mission quest box you can run to for quests you abandoned?

yep, its just nothing
quest log is empty, portal is broken. HELM and tower's quest boxes are empty
there is nothing linked to the season of the witch
i think its rare problem only few people bump in and bungie are not aware of that
i saw a topic with the same problem that is old and there is also no solution for this problem
