Recluse is Feeding Frenzy and Master of arms

what is better for PVE

thanks for the heads up - How will I get access to the enhanced perks? Will I need to fully craft my own recluse?

In tfs bungie gonna make some of the non craftable weapons have an extra masterwork levels or stuff like this, and for upgrading them you'll gonna get an enchanced perks. I don't remember correctly all of the details, but it was described in one of the recent twabs
