i need to buy the dlc twice for cross play?
This is my first time cross saving xbox to pc. i do not have access to my dlc that i bought on the xbox on my pc. do i need to buy it again? if so that really sucks.

I'm afraid that yes you do .
I was going to cross save from pc to my ps4 but when I realised this , I didn't bother .

Early next year Destiny 2 will be on Game Pass PC if that helps
