Can't get the Diamond medal on Twitch

I got the drop and claimed it, but I can't claim it in game. I got last week's just fine though

Me too. Not sure if it is because I waited like 6 hours between getting it on twitch and trying to claim in game. It dropped at like 3pm on twitch, and I just tried getting it at Eva now (10pm EST) and there is nothing. I also got the one last week fine, but I also claimed it immediately. Did you wait as well?

Same for me! Still didnt get the second one ingame, first one was ok.

i claimed it on twitch but refreshing partner rewards doesnt help and i relinked my account three times but still nothing
