Best weapons for PvE

What's the best/strongest weapons for PvE?

For Kinetic, I prefer Hand Cannon / Assault Rifle.
For Energy, I prefer Assault Rifle / SMG / Hand cannon
For Power, I prefer Rocket Launcher
My class is Hunter (Golden Gun)

Can you suggest some weapons for these weapon classes?
Preferably exotics.

It depends on the fight.
There is no single best weapon.
Sunshot Exotic Hand Cannon will destroy most of the normal difficulty mobs.
And Machine/Chain guns will melt most bosses.

Higher difficulties do require more strategy thou.

Sunshot is a BEAST and Machine guns are insane vs Bosses!!!!!!

I tried Monte Carlo and I'm not a fan at all. There's no way that this is the best AR in the game
