Can I still get Luna's Howl?
I was told to talk to Lord Shaxx and he will give me/have a quest called Remembrance to complete, but he doesn't have it, and it's not in my Quests tab. Is it still possible to get this gun? Is so, what am I doing wrong?

You should still be able to get it, but it is being sunset next season so do with that information what you will.

Remember, Shaxx has two panes on his vendor screen. The quest might be on page two. Click on the left/right arrows on the vendor screen to change panes.
