Voice chat not going through my monitor but other sounds are

I have it set up so the games sounds are coming from the monitor from my PC, but the voice chat isn't coming from there I have to put in a headphone into my mic. Is there a setting that I can do to get all sound and chat through my monitor? I looked online but the way to do it the setting menu has changed so voice chat is no under social and doesn't have the function to choose the output device.

D2 uses default communications devices for VC. You can change those in Game Bar overlay or Sound Control Panel. Both can be found in Windows Settings > Gaming and System categories respectively. It may affect other VC apps so make sure that output devices are set manually instead of using default.
