Bug The enclave inactive (DLC owned, compagn done), Queen Witch compagn not showing up anymore

Hi,

I started the game days ago, I got all DLC.

I did play the Queen Witch compagn, and at some point its progress just disapear, few days later I learned about the enclave, and when trying it out, the enclave is inactive.

I did some research about its quest "the Relic", the related NPC is at the tower, and there is no more mention about that quest.

PS: when started that compagn again, it stops right after the first mission ... so weird.
