Do Riven's wish exotic can be obtained as;
The rest of exotics I unlock for the first time like opening chests in destinations, doing vanguard, lost sectors of such? Because they are all weak and some of them are specific for strand, and stasis elementals which I don't have access.

You can get them from legend lost sectors and vex incursion events as long as you own Lightfall. Wish tokens allow you to get them without buying DLC.

Pyrogale for titans, Cenotaph and Briarbinds for warlocks are good exotics, but hunter options are lackluster.

Once unlocked do they become possible to find on strikes, opening destination chests of such?

Okay, I'm going think as a owner of one expansion if these exotic armor are worth it because apparently none of weapons didn't call my attention.

Hmm....only noticed these exotic despite it describe as high stats. They all are 46 points. Something really weird about them.
