Confused, I need the forsaken pack to craft Apex Predator?

Been on xbox until today and decided to port over.

I bought the anniversary and lightfall pack and thought I was all good and then got a notice I need the forsaken pack as well?

Apex is from last wish, which is in forsaken. So yes you need forsaken to craft apex

Wow man is bungie cheap, they couldn't even put a 5 year old expansion in the legacy pack.

The Forsaken pack isn't an expansion, It's a pack that unlocks a bunch of exotic weapons, which is why it isnt in the legacy pack.

Thankfully they are running pretty dramatic sales right now, I was able to get back into Destiny after a 4 year break, by spending $55.

Quite a steal considering how degenerately greedy Bungie has become.

That is very helpful as I was confused on needing the forsken DLC directly. Also odd as I have the anniversary pack on xbox and some of that seems to translate to PC but not all of it.
