Account recovery
Hello, im a returning player, last i played was in Shadow keep 2019. But i cant find my account i even transfered it to this account when the mail arrived about changing platform now i cant find it. Can someone help or explain how should i contact them since they dont have any support email or number

The battle.net to Steam platform switch happened before Shadowkeep was released, so if you played Shadowkeep on PC, you played it here on Steam.

There is no other 'account' per se. Your game data is held online and tied to your Steam credentials; just launch the game and it'll bring up your old characters. Did you try launching the game here? Did any characters show up?

ill try i linked this steam account on epic games but it diditn show any characters
