Lightfall + Annual Pass

Is it worth getting the Lighfall DLC with the annual pass (on sale) if I've already been playing and getting rewards by ranking up? Do you get any of the annual pass rewards retroactively? Or do you start again from rank 1? Or just continue with your current rank?

As far as I am saying, to expensive. Maybe wait for next chapter as the future will expand or be unknown. But still, its better investment again as I think. Stay safe.

The season rewards for last season that you would have unlocked at whatever season rank you were can be had. All seasonal story and activities are playable. You also get the dungeon key for the two dungeons. As for worth, I was a bit let down by Lightfall, but at $33.00 for the +annual pass version, I think that's worth it. Later, the dungeons are only unlockable in the Eververse store, never on sale, $20.00.

It's a better value since you get the expansion plus the 2 dungeons (which are usually $20)

its pretty good, any levels you earned in the previous passes you can claim through bungie.net, and youll get all the activities from the year

I pre-ordered the last two on Green Man Gaming, for 20% less than Steam.

So I'm currently rank 50-something and don't have the season pass. If I then get the season pass now, can I claim any of the rewards I would've unlocked?

It is on sale at the moment, and at a much more acceptable price.

If you got it, you would instantly unlock all rewards up to your current season rank. The same goes for last season, if you made season rank 100 last season, you should be able to go to bungie.net and claim them now as I understand it.
