First 2 go in, down to 39. When the 3rd hits, you go to 38 then bounce back to 39. Then the 4th shot hits, and you go down to 38, then back to 40. shoot, 39, shoot, 38, then back up to 39. Hit again, back up to 40.
Once active, FTTC makes it so you effectively only use 50% as much ammo. TT makes it so you only use 67%. But both together offset the other's, so you would *theoretically* be able to shoot forever. The issue becomes that you simply cannot hit 100% crits forever, and when FTTC and TT overlap (both trigger off the same bullet) I don't know if it will stack and give you 3 shots back.
Short answer: it can shoot forever.
