Missing Legendary weapon from previous season

I'm a returning player, I've stop playing since before destiny 2 moving to steam. I wanted to get the eremite (fusion rifle) for my solar titan, but it said I can only get it from season of the witch which have already ended. is there any way to get it in the future? also I would like a recommendation for good fusion rifle for bosses. for each slot if possible. thx

You can still obtain it with the Annual Pass edition of Lightfall, which will give you a pass for Defiance, Deep, Witch and Wish. Otherwise, nope.

Some good choices,

Kinetic - Riptide is great (Crucible drop), Scatter Signal is great too, you'll need Season of the Wish for that one.

Energy - Techeun Force (Last Wish raid) recently got reprised and made craftable, and it's pretty good. If you've got Merciless (f2p world drop exotic) and its catalyst, it's amazing boss DPS.

Power - you said every slot? Only one Fusion Rifle here, so it's best by default, One Thousand Voices, Last Wish exotic drop.

so... when the final shape coming, will those 4 pass content still available? thank you for the recommendation tho, I will look it up and give it a try

When the Final Shape arrives, all Defiance, Deep, Witch and Wish seasonal questlines and activities will go away. You won't lose any gear, crafting patterns, etc. The dungeon key content will still be available.

On the other hand that's like 5 months away. Easily enough time to 'do' everything and earn all the stuff.

The weapons that become unavailable do usually return. That could be relatively quickly (Xur recently sold some of the reprised Opulent weapons from Season of the Haunted, like Calus Mini Tool) or a long time (like how S8/Season of the Undying's salad-themed kinetic weapons only just came back this season).
So you could always hold out for a weapon to come back in the future.
