Corrupt account save, Season of the Witch

Maybe you guys can help out. I am so sick of this BS. I have reinstalled the game a few times, and deleted my old characters for new ones, yet still, I have been unable to claim wish ender although the Hunters Remembrance quest is basically complete. I ran it solo, put all the spheres on the statues, killed the bosses, go to the statue, can't present the purified momentos. The boxes for the bosses are in my quest tab ticked off cause they are very dead atleast twice over, nothing, no bow.

Also, when I first logged in after a long time, I purchased Lightfall and the Annual pass. I can see that I own pretty much every season and expansion. I started a new character, grinded through the Moon, Europa, Throne world, I've even played through the Lightfall campaign on a previous character. No matter what I do, fresh install, new character old character, I cannot get The Season of the Witch Portal to appear. I played through the opening mission "The Way of The Witch, watched Eris Mourne tranform into a freak, after that I was returned to space. The Icon of where the Portal in the Helm should be, had those yellow triangles around it and was highlighted, so I went there, NO PORTAL. Again and Again.

I am not willing to grind back through all the story missions again for unlocks when it doesn't make a difference anyway.

It seems I saw this on a topic somewhere, saying that the Steam install is wrong. In my list of DLCs, I see Lightfall, then Lightfall + Annual Pass, then Lightfall + Annual Pass Upgrade, and there are two more "DLC's with a Bungie Icon that say, Lightfall Annual Pass Upgrade, and Light Fall Exotic Weapon.

I can't see why I need 2 - 3 instanced of the same content in my game files, and one of those is bugged. I have been unable to find the article I was reading again to try and fix the error.

Even when I start a new character, I am not receiving the Awoken Momento in my weapon Kinetic Slot to claim wish ender/ My old character was given that Momento, but it must have been deleted when I created a new one, can't get another one. Also, even with a new character I am not being given the season of the Witch artifact, or even a Legacy mission in my missions list in order to claim rewards. I have played through the Spire several times, still no change, and there is no Season of the Witch Mission in my quests list.

Bungie does not respond, has anyone on steam have this issue, and how how did you fix it?

I don't have much of a good answer for you because I know the first is a major repeated issue that just can't seem to get fixed. One day they'll finally fix Wish-Ender's questline.
However, firstly check the Quest Archive at the Tower, the Awoken Memento may be there. You could also try checking Petra Venj at the Dreaming City.
I don't want to send you on a wild goose chase, but try approaching the BACK of the statue? I vaguely remember that. I don't think reinstalling is going to do anything except waste more time.

Likewise there are serious problems for people who are starting Season of the Witch content in Season of the Wish.
Could you check the Quest Archive again for a legacy questline?
The usual suggestion is to play Way of the Witch followed by one round of Savathun's Spire but it sounds like you've done that.
My other suggestion, team up with someone who has already finished Season of the Witch's content, load into their instance of HELM, use their portal and see what the two vendor tables/Eris have for you there.

I've got all of these too, it is not anything that is causing a problem and I doubt it's affecting the game files in any way. The ones with an actual image are Steam products with their own pages. At a guess, it's so Steam's store knows you've got the standard edition if you bought the deluxe. The ones with Bungie's icon are like, licenses. The 'Annual Pass Upgrade' is what actually applied the passes and dungeon key to your account, 'Exotic Weapon' is for Quicksilver Storm. Preorder items have an entry here too.

It was the same for Witch Queen, buying the WQ Deluxe + 30th Anniversary added all the different separate products to my DLC list too.
