BUNGIE, plz fix this
So Destiny 2 code broccoli only occurs because, your game hates DDR5. Destiny 2 can run on any computer on the planet as long it has DDR4 but us DDR5 users, we cant play your game otherwise, 5 to 30 minutes. We'll get code broccoli indicating our drivers are outdated which they aren't. Every game on our computers that use DDR5 has no issues, but your game. Could yall somehow come out with a flx months later, where Destiny 2 can now run on DDR5 memory instead of just only DDR4?

I have a DDR5 system and do not have these issues. What makes you think thats the cause?

Because after going to a reddit post, appaerntly majority of people been saying its literally that. And the last computer I had was using DDR4 memory, this current one has DDR5, Alienware M15 R7 3070 Ti laptop

AND UNFORUTATELY I cant downgrade to a DDR4. because my computer only supports DDR5, and surprisely up to 64 gigs of ram :OOOOO

So, according to Bungie.
"BROCCOLI errors indicate there has been an issue detecting the player's GPU and are commonly caused by a driver crash.

To attempt to mitigate this error, players should always ensure that their Operating System and Graphic Drivers are up-to-date with the latest version."

How is this related to DDR5 now?

I managed to catch a lot of information indicating its a ram issue, and a lot of people including myself. Checked all that and pinpointed the issue, it was the ram. (AKA DDr5 memory )BUT, FOR ME, I NEED TO GO FOR A HIGHER MHZ ON MY LAPTOP FROM 4800 to 5600 now, again still using DDR5.

How about you enlighten me on how you came to the conclusion that system RAM was the issue. A lot of people means nothing. You know your system and everything running uses that RAM, I don't think this game uses it in and special way.

DDR RAM, is not clocked at the speed you appear to think, that 4800 is 2400 Mhz, it's 4800 Mega-transfers.

Because no other game on my computer crashes but Destiny 2, and all my drivers are up to date so. Yeah, its a RAM issue. And, I need to change my ram out to a higher frequency for my case, from 4800Mhz to 5600Mhz is how much my computer can support up to.

The error message clearly says GPU driver. You might try rolling back to the next older driver. You may not know this, but drivers support games, and there have been more that one time that drivers have crashed this game.

This is just for Destiny 2, no other games have this issue.

I may do it, but this is just for Destiny 2. And I should ask myself, should I really do this just for this one particular game when all my other games I be playing on my PC works perfectly fine, or should I just continue on and do what I need to do after the research I did. change my ram out. (Most likely going for option number 2)
yeah nah windows is definitely reverting your driver update back to an old one just make sure to turn it off. "Type control panel and press Enter. Navigate to System > Advanced System Settings. In the System Properties window, switch to the Hardware tab and click the Device Installation Settings button. Select No and click Save Changes".

You're free to do whatever you want, you could download and use Display Driver Uninstaller, install a fresh driver and try that, or you could spend money and try that. A display driver can and has multiple times crashed only this game, NVIDIA is known for it, certainly not often. I don't have any issues, but I have not updated my driver in a long time, if it's not broken I tend not to fix it.

At any rate, I hope you get it working properly soon, good luck to you whatever you try.

DO A DISPLAY DRIVER UNINSTALLER AGAIN WHEN I JUST DID THIS HOW MANY TIMES? Yeah option number 2 it is. I know the issue, because I done this plenty of times and I checked device manager and all of my drivers are up to date. Right on with the help, but I know Im right.

I have had ddr5 for a year and have gotten 1 broccoli ever, it was the first time I've gotten something that didn't come back as a networking one since nvidia broke the game a couple years ago and I had to roll back drivers to fix their mess. Top reddit results for error code broccoli are all ddr4 systems but some of them are a year or 4 old. One did say swapping his ram fixed it but that was probably just him having a faulty stick.
If ddu and fresh driver install didn't work for you I'd try editing your tdrdelay value up to 10. Will take a few minutes, including looking up how to do it. Seems a lot more likely to work than spending money on ram.

Lmfao I seriously am having to jump through so many hoops to see this "GPU Display driver issue code broccoli automatically equals DDR5 issue" logic train...

For the record, I'm running a DDR5 system as well, and haven't had any code broccoli's

Ryzen 7900, and Radeon 7900XT with 32GB 6000Mhz RAM
