"BROCCOLI errors indicate there has been an issue detecting the player's GPU and are commonly caused by a driver crash.
To attempt to mitigate this error, players should always ensure that their Operating System and Graphic Drivers are up-to-date with the latest version."
How is this related to DDR5 now?
DDR RAM, is not clocked at the speed you appear to think, that 4800 is 2400 Mhz, it's 4800 Mega-transfers.
The error message clearly says GPU driver. You might try rolling back to the next older driver. You may not know this, but drivers support games, and there have been more that one time that drivers have crashed this game.
At any rate, I hope you get it working properly soon, good luck to you whatever you try.
If ddu and fresh driver install didn't work for you I'd try editing your tdrdelay value up to 10. Will take a few minutes, including looking up how to do it. Seems a lot more likely to work than spending money on ram.
For the record, I'm running a DDR5 system as well, and haven't had any code broccoli's
Ryzen 7900, and Radeon 7900XT with 32GB 6000Mhz RAM
