Rivens lair and the coil activity

I have the season, and have been playing it on my titan, but wanted to start using my hunter now, however after finishing Lightfall on my hunter, I cannot see the icon for the activity. The only thing I can think off is I have not done witch queen yet?

You have to redo the seasonal story. It's per character, not per account. Unlock it first the exact same way you did with your Titan.

You have to do the seasonal story, not all, but some steps until it will unlock the two seasonal activities.
