Cant switch my voice chats, help please

So I've been using fireteam finder and in general interacting with random people more as i play, but have found that when i press tab and right to swap voice chats, it instead just opens my text chat. My solution so far has been to go into setting and toggle voice chat as a whole off and then back on so that it autojoins.

I went to keybinds to see if they overlapped to find out that you cant swap them if you wanted to.
Online forums only talk about mic issues and bugs, but I seem to be the only one with this problem. If you have a fix or something I should try I would greatly appreciate it.

Swap voice chats? You should automaticlly be in the fireteam voice chat.
