fps throttling when off game

I have 2 monitors and I like to be able to access both at once, which some games allow. This one does too, but I do not see an option to turn off fps throttling. Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Hi there. If you're referring to the fps dropping to 30 when you switch to the second monitor, I've had that for years and don't think there's anything you can do about it.

I had not noticed that, but when I'm on the other display the game is on a static image, so even knowing I don't see an issue.
