What do you think is the best exotic hand cannon in the history of Destiny 2 for PvP & PvE

For me I would pick Malfeseance or Erianas Vow for PvE

For PvP I would pick Ace Of Spades.

Thorn with the new catalyst or Ace of Spades for PvP

Malfeasance and sunshot for PvE

Sunshot is the Ol'reliable gun but for me Thorn is the best, love the aesthetic and how it feels

I only play pve, so for me it's Thorn or Sunshot.

My main problem with Erianas is that it feels like a Wishender that requires special ammo (though it's a lot more FUN to use than wishender so that's a big plus)
It just feels way too slow of a weapon with handling, reload (yes I know it has auto-loading), and ADSing that it just doesn't feel good at all to use and the damage doesn't feel high enough to make it feel like it's super hard hitting.
I wish it could get a small bump in pve damage or maybe getting Incandescent.
