FORTISSIMO-11. It's a kinetic special, which is an immediate boost, and it's got a ton of great perk combinations for all kinds of situations. I've got several nice rolls in my vault that I switch out from time to time.

Retrofit Escapade is a close second, because it just works in every situation in 90% of content (except master stuff / raids / speedruns, but I never do those anyways.)
