Wish-Keeper Thoughts?
IMO
It is mid.

I understand it's a utility tool, but it just feels clunky to use and not very strong in general. The draw time is way too long to recharge Snareweave (I understand it will get faster when Intrinsic Upgrades are out), but even tapping it and getting back to back precision hits, it just feels weak. The traps are also weird to use too, as they seem to not really deploy well and deviate too far from where the base of the arrow would be.

It is also outclassed by any stronger exotic in slot. For example against a group of ads which would be better? Quicksilver Storm with it's rockets, high damage rate and grenades or Wish-Keeper, even with it's upgraded draw rate and catalysts, I think I would know which I'd use.

I think it'll suffer the same fate as Wicked Implement, where in trying to be a useful multi-purpose exotic, it falls flat since there are other weapons, builds and generally ways to do what it does, with less requirement and effort also while providing the user multiple benefits from it. IMO, I think things that try to incorporate Subclass verbs that stop enemies from doing X actions (though it might just be Stasis and Strand) aren't amazing, as killing them straight up would be far easier and take way less time (not to mention if you are using a build you can get other benefits such as e.g Restoration, Woven Mail etc etc).

Again this is just my opinion, I can see potential builds for it but it just seems like it'll suffer the fate of other Subclass verb utility Exotics (Wicked Implement, MAYBE Buried Bloodlines), where in the pursuit of trying to be useful and take a strong trait from a subclass, it falls flat in how the weapon operates and how easy it is to get the traits.

The catalyst is time-gated by the way.

Wait for next week.

Also suffers from existing as an endgame utility exotic. It's useless in low tier content because why debuff an enemy when you could just obliterate them, and in master or grand master it's in direct competition with quicksilver and wishender, which is not a competition it could ever win

Its pretty good on a godd strand build allmost infinitly suspending big enemys can be really helpfull

It's actually pretty good for a base exotic. It will get better especially if Vorpal (catalyst) is multiplicative with the damage buff to suspended targets. We also don't know if the threadlings that spawned from the catalyst will fill up the meter. We also don't know how many extra snares the catalyst will give nor do we know how long the catalyst will add to the suspend timer and whether it will stack with that strand debuff duration fragment.

It definitely has potential. I mean, a free suspend trap every 6 precision shots sounds busted for support build. Suspend any champ, hit their heads 6 times with reduced charge time and increased damage, set another suspend trap and repeat.
