I have a memento on a gun and it is lvl 30.. how do i unlock the skin ?

in the shader thing it still says "required memento" ???

Each shader is linked to a specific memento.
So which memento, and which shader?

Vanguard Memento -> Triumphant Keepsake,
Gambit Memento -> Scaly Keepsake,
Trials Memento -> Glorious Keepsake,
Lost Memento -> Twilight Keepsake
Dawning Memento -> Rime Keepsake.
