Tried to play Savathuns Spire but it says this

i googled some stuff and didn't find a solution... it is season 23 cant i play it anymore ? or am i doing something wrong.

Is my Rank in "Season of the Wish" the right thing ? Cause this one is only at 20.

If you already own the annual pass (All seasons) and are receiving that message, it means you need to go pick up the season 22 artifact from the relevant legacy vendor and then you will be able to queue for that stuff.
It could also mean you haven't begun that seasonal questline yet, in which case you still need to visit the relevant NPC to begin that story.

If you have only got the current season, and not the annual pass it's as they said above. You need to purchase it to be able to play it.

So i just need to buy the "Season Pass" with the lvls ? Or is there a different Pass i need to buy... sry its been a long time since i played destiny

Your season rank has nothing to do with it. There are four seasons, we're in the fourth one now for Lightfall. If you got the annual pass version of the game, you have all of them, if you just got the base Lightfall expansion you have only one season pass. You must have the season pass for the seasonal activity you wish to do. At this point, if you don't have a past season pass, the only way I know to get it is the annual pass upgrade.

That would also include the two dungeons. The dungeon key for those is 2000 silver, 20 bucks in Eververs, so I guess that would be 10 for each of the other three season passes and 20 for the dungeons. It's an expensive hobby we find ourselves in.

where do i get the season 22 artifact?

You get past season artifacts from the vendor of that season.
