Epic games sale and how useless it is.
So me and my friends got the bundle from epic only to realize that all the content hence the 3 "paid" dlc that were given for free on epic are completely useless since all the content and story from those DLC are vaulted, removed.
So what are the points of these 3 dlc?
So one day before the free epic dlc, say i bought those dlc what was going to get? No stories, no weapons, no maps, so i'm paying what 20$ 30$? For nothing.
I'm completely out of words and yes i'm ranting because i can't believe you can actually pay for this stuff and have nothing but a 2 minute quest with confusing lore from years ago.

The bundle contains the Shadowkeep, Beyond Light and Witch Queen DLC. no part of their campaigns were vaulted. You have access to the full three campaigns, all their raids, Pit of Heresy, exotic quests/other exotics, Nightfall variants for their strikes, side content like Nightmare Hunts, Empire Hunts, The Wellspring, etc.

What do you believe was vaulted from these exactly?
The 'Season of..' content is gone, yeah. That all ceased to exist once each new expansion came out, but that's not new, and they are not available in any way, paid or otherwise.

The campaign missions can generally be picked up from the Quest Archive at the Tower. But you could also look for the following mission nodes - A Mysterious Disturbance on the Moon, and Darkness' Doorstep on Europa.

The 3 full campaign you speak of are like a 3 minutes quest each it's hardly a campaign, after the "new light" tutorial where it asks you do to these 3 timeline quest, there is nothing but hey check out new story dlc.
There is nothing on timeline nor in quest archive nor in their maps so i don't know what you talking about.

Are you talking about the Last Call, Beyond Light mission, Last Chance mission? That's f2p and not related to the Epic DLC.

Ok then, when you finally do figure it out, remember who tried to tell you first.

Sorry already removed it, there is nothing to do.

I added a bit more.
Are you talking about the featured mission chain that starts with Forsaken's 'Last Call', the thing where Cayde dies? That isn't DLC, it was a recent f2p addition.

Oh, and I should add, you know you need to be playing on Epic through Epic's launcher, to access DLC owned on Epic?

I assume the legacy collection is exclusively Witchqueen, not including dungeons? I wanted to get the bow from Spire of the Watcher.

It doesn't include the dungeon key, no, that's Eververse-only.

Yes i'm not that stupid, and yes i guess so after that quest there is nothing, not on quest archives not on their worlds.
So i'm pretty sure there is no campaign at all if not the beyond the light but as i said it's not important i already removed it from pc.

I purchased the legacy collection a month or two ago and found it all eventually when i figured out that everything is mixed together on purpose and is very confusing to play through. It usually comes down to a 'next step' being one of those 'do bounties, do patrols, do world events, do this strike etc' and then the campaign continues with a bunch of crap specific to it that makes you go to another planet where you're doing another campaign. Herein lies the confusion. The campaigns ARE there though, they're just mixed in with everything else.

I got the Legacy Collection a couple of sales back for what was a F2P test account, I had no issues with just doing Shadowkeep and not mixing things up, but I didn't go start another one.

Don't we all just love the EGS forum, where people can get help with the game? LOL

Oh, I got the pack there too, just haven't used it.

Yeah, but you knew what you were doing and weren't confused with everything. Why should i have to go to a third party to know what to do? Why can't Bungie not purposely confuse? They can't seem to do it with their sales practices either.

You're talking BS, they don't purposely confuse you, you just don't take the time to think things through and read. People like you are why everyone gets thrown into new things, because people were "confused". When I started playing this game, I didn't use a forum, I didn't look at youtube, I didn't want any spoilers, yet I somehow wasn't confused.

When I see "sales practices", I think someone is entitled.

You are playing it through Epic right? You're not trying to play it via Steam? Because major DLC is platform specific.
