DLCs on another platform

Let´s say I decide to play Witch Queen on Epic. I know I have to download the game there but, since Bungie account is the same, will dlc weapons and stuff exist on Steam after I´m done with Epic?

Expansions are not cross platform, you can cross save. If you cross save and get gear playing on the platform you have the expansion on, you can use the gear on the other but not play the content. So, no, getting content on Epic will not let you play it on Steam, same with each console.
