It doesn't have much special to me in my opinion.
personally I think it could have been better if it had some sort of animated "snowing" surface. but instead we got Blue Ice.

Like any other blue shader in the game.

Probably wont' be using it like 99% of other shaders.
I got like 7-8 shaders favorited and use them for everything.

its nice to have alternatives in the mix for fashion meta setting up your ice builds.
also great now that we have tactical barbie slots now makes it an especially valid venture to collect.

my brother in the light, its literally a 3 week per year memento. it can't be good. people would never stop complaining about missing it if it was amazing
