They cannot be unlocked?

Wyrmguard ornaments is right of it too and still can't be unlocked, why?

They are showing for everyone without having to own them.
They should work if you actually unlocked the piece in collections.

I'm aware of after searching on collection > armors > endgame in the catalogue but this information must be placed there only and not in 'apperance customization' confusing players.

not surprised something like this is broken, its also like the banner ornaments that are only able to be applied to other banner armor. kind of defeats to purpose of putting banner ornaments on armor if it is already a piece of banner gear.
