How to get the new seasonal artifact

Ive done the first mission that Im automatically put into, but i didnt get the artifact

You'll have to continue through the seasonal quest line. Eventually through Mara you'll get to the huge demon ghost and you'll receive it from their menu.

I also found that if you have the witch queen staff artifact, you'll end up with 2 artifacts. But the perks will be exactly the same when you choose.
