Destiny 2: Lightfall + Annual pass upgrade missing season pass and dungeon key
Hello!
I recently purchased theDestiny 2: Lightfall AND the Destiny 2: Lightfall + Annual pass upgrade through steam as part of their fall sale but the season pass and the dungeon key seems to be missing from my account. I did confirm the Lightfall + Annual pass bundle did include Seasons 21,22,and,23 since I purchased as 22 was closing. Rahool's stash, and Quicksilver storm seem to be there but I do not have access to the season pass or the dungeon key. I tried restarting my game, of course, and clearing my cash but it still tells me I need to purchase silver to access. I also thought it was because I am playing through steam but my cross save data is originally Xbox, but Seasons area of the cross save page stated
"SEASONS:
Active account seasons will be shared to your other linked accounts." .
Also in the cross save page it shows all my owned expansions linked to steam (the platform I play on now) but does not show that I own any season across any platforms which is a red flag.
Is anyone else having this issue and can some one please help me?!?!?

If you do not activate cross save before launching on steam the season pass gets activated to a steam account even if you do not have any characters created on steam.

"Season Passes are bound to the first Destiny account that a player logs in with after their purchase, even if no characters have been created on it yet. If a player's Season Pass(es) are unavailable it is likely due to them logging in to the platform they purchased the Season Pass(es) on prior to enabling Cross Save with a different set of characters set as active.

The only way to access these misapplied Season Passes is to disable Cross Save and play on the characters they were originally applied to. It is not possible to transfer Season Passes between sets of characters."

Hey!!! Sorry for not posting. had a lot going on through out the holidays! i did get the issue resolved. My case i did have Cross saves activated before any DLC cont was purchased but it was not designating to my account. all i had to do was contact bungee and they got it fixed no problem. all it took was a form and a few days.

According to Bungie, season passes should show up on all platforms. DLCs however, do not show up cross platform. But I'm also still waiting for Bungee to clear up my issue after a ticket.
