DLC Forsaken
Hi, I have a question. In 2018, I bought the Forsaken DLC for 30 euros. I recently returned to playing Destiny 2 and found out that in 2019, Battle.net decided to transfer Destiny 2 to Steam. At the time, they required players to confirm their account transfer by the end of September 2019, otherwise their characters would be lost. I didn't do that, so I lost all of my progress and saves. But what's worse is that I'm not sure if I can get the DLC back on my new account. (PS. I still have the screenshots and email confirmation of my DLC purchase.)

Nope it's all over. Apparently they can legally keep the money you gave them for access to the game as it was and remove your account and you can do nothing about it. I was in the same position and had no idea any of this was going on at the time it all occured.

It's part of why no matter how much I might like what I see, they just might take it away. Not interested in buying. I just read up on Bungie's decline and kind of happy I was right the whole time.

The only defense I can give to bungie is that they gave people a YEAR to transfer their accounts, and not just "here's a twitter link" but multiple emails and stuff saying this was happening and how to transfer, so you had plenty of time

That being said...yeah, you're not getting anything back, you can

1. Start over from scratch

2. Just not play the game, because I'll be honest, this may be the last season I play, I paid the deluxe bundle so I feel obligated to get my money's worth, but I'm burnt. I'll play for the story and I think that's all I've got left in me.
