Since when can you turn in a flawed passage for an adept?

Went flawless and decided to grind out wins after flawless instead of turning in my card on saturday, today i go to saint and see i can still exchange my now flawed card for an adept. How long has it been like this? I could've sworn you could only do that if the card was still flawless? I'll take the free igneous tho

A long time. Once you've been flawless you only need a 7-win card. Don't even need to go flawless on that card.

99% of flawless now are cheaters who used the glitch crafted weapons and abused the crucible wich is lame beyong the word ! they should all have their stuff reset

FYI the crafted gun glitch has beena non issue since last Monday.
