"Armor adds effect modifiers; Craftable armor quality; Armor with completely random modifiers of varying strength based on difficulty; Armor modifiers are disabled in PVP; Exclusive PVP mods drop for/from PVP mode; Improved AI for PVE; Set armor provides bonus effects and modifiers; Re-introduce class item exotics, can co-exist with regular exotics; Different rarity armors (blue, purple, expert) have increased modifier strength; Modifiers can be either postive or negativel or both i.e. affecting skill cooldowns, superpower cooldowns, finishing effects, range (of the effect), damage, etc; Crafted armor quality can be enhanced, with different ways to obtain enhancement materials."
