Any word on where the Ornament went? Was it just deleted from the game? Was planning on buying it this season.

Most ornaments take a one season break from the store, during the season after the one in which they were released.
So expect to see missing S20 ornaments like Augmented Auspice back in Season 22.

It's been added to the bright engrams lootpool this season and I very luckily managed to get it drop for me in one of them (extremely lucky!), they're so awesome looking, I wish you all the best, just a word of advice, make sure you're in a fireteam when claiming bounties for that sweet +12% XP from shared wisdom, more XP = more levels = more bright engrams = more chances to get it.
