I want this gun but i dont want to get the annual pass so im wondering if i just get the base LF Dlc can i get the storm with an Exotic Cipher ? Would really stink if its relegated to buying the 100 dollar pass haha

I was able to get it from getting this seasons pass. How it'd work with getting light fall I'm not sure.

quicksilvar should be avaliable for non annual players now with season 21 according to game rant
Alternatively, players can simply wait until later this year when Season of the Deep (Season 21) begins. At this time, Quicksilver Storm will become available to all players
so i assume its on the exotic quests or in the exotic kiosk

If you bought even the standard version of lightfall, you should be able to get quicksilver because the initial season pass (season 20, last season) was open for all

Go to the bungie site, log into your account there (should be the one connected to your steam account) and you should be able to find an area where you can claim the previous season's items in the season pass. I'm unsure if it'll work however, if you did NOT play that season
