Build better? I use Shards of Galanor, my dodge is fine, but I have points in mobility.
I have 70-80~ mobility and i still feel slow and only with weapon frames that give me speed i feel fine.
Shards of galanor kinda trash btw, only better one i can think of is Orpheus rig but it works only on a single subclass just like shards.
Think of all titans crying about Shield Bash, Seismic Strike and Hammer Strike using 15% melee enegry on use now. Its the same.
Because hunters deserve better mobility compared to the other two classes just by default?
I think the stompees nerf wasn't justified, but this is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy if you think hunters deserve those mobility buffs by DEFAULT
then why the f titans and warlocks outpace hunters on basis with their abilites? a class that depends on mobility gets outclassed by others and relies on a single exotic so it can actually keep up with no issue. Maybe not as powerfull buff as stompies give but something should be done. Guardian games showed me that in pvp hunters underperform against titans or warlocks by a mile and hunters mobility was a part of that problem. Imagne situation when you cant outrun a titan with a shotgun, and you cant outshoot him because he has overshield.
the only thing that hunters had after years of nerfs was the "fast high altitude assault" and the dodge to heal with wormhusk and now there is just the second one
so sad how the movility or agile focused class is the slower of the three and now even the jump not worth half of the match unless you dont use your class hability thing that i not dot because the dodge is garbaje on the past the dodge had the function of disengage from enemy aim assist today is completely worthless
and the doge of the past was worthless against experienced mouse players but now is worthless even against training wheels devices(controllers) users
However, as most people have pointed out here, Hunters aren't really the "mobile" class any longer. As an example look at Arc Staff & Revenant Hunter, both of those supers take days to cast and are easily put down before they can take effect. Not to mention how every class can easily obtain the amplified effect, making them just as if not faster than the majority of hunters. Pretty much the only reason I have for playing hunter is the jumps, and hunter void for PvE.
Stompees are terrible for PvE, the only reason I could see for using them is speedrunning/jumping puzzles but for those purposes the nerf didn't do anything.
So, you use the same exotic on all subclasses?
I get 50% of my super for using it, I build it back by doing solar damage, gets my super back fairly fast. My blades do more damage. Sorry, it's not trash.
