Aspect of Influence
Can someone please help. Aspect of influence is bugged. I did everything i could to finish the quest and it didnt work. I deleted it thinking maybe it would reset it but it did not. now i cant even get the quest because it says i have it but i no longer do because i deleted it thinking it would fix my issue.

Did you go to the quest kiosk that is to the left of the postmaster in the tower and see if the quest is there?

I just got back to the game... well like a couple of weeks ago. at the time no, but since you have posted this i did check and you are correct it is there. i really appreciate it.
