Reset Rank

Unable to Claim Rank rewards due to already having the same item what is also stopping me from resetting the rank I.e crucible Rank i have contacted support on twitter a week latter no reply i have spent a lot on DLC's and that's ps4 and PC the game was released in 2017 how can a bug like this still effect game play I'm grinding the game and can't get the rewards lol

BungieHelp on Twitter does not respond to any questions regarding individual issues within the game. Your best avenue is to make a new post on the #help forum on Bungie.net. You can use your Steam login to log into the website.

When doing so, please provide screenshots as to what you are referring to. You can upload any screenshot you wish to provide to a public source, such as IMGUR, and share it that way. You can also use your Steam screenshots to share them, provided that they are publicly accessible.

you can only hold so much of certain items

Probably just full on Enhancement Prisms, they'll show as dimmed out but without the blue 'claimed' tick mark, if you don't have room. Spend a few and pick them up.

The item are weapons i destroyed the one's in both storage an carrying but it does not allow me to collect still

I had this happen once and it was because I was at the maximum capacity of the claimable item.
